A closer look at our time-tested, Three Circles approach to investing
Mr. Connolly is the Head of Global Distribution for Boston Partners. In this role, he oversees the firms Distribution efforts in North America and Internationally as well as Relationship Management. Before joining the firm in October 2022, Mr. Connolly spent 20 years at Putnam Investments in a variety of roles, including National Sales Manager, President of Putnam Retail Management, and Head of Global Distribution. He reported directly to Putnam’s CEO as a member of the Operating Committee. Prior to that, Mr. Connolly was Managing Director, Head of Boston Fixed Income Group and Head of Relationship Management at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Connolly holds a B.A. degree in English from Dartmouth College, where he was a three-year varsity letterman and a member of two Ivy League Football championship teams. Bill also holds an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. He began his career in the industry in 1987.

Ms. Clements is a Research Analyst for Boston Partners, serving on the Sustainability and Engagement team. She joined the firm in January 2024. Ms. Clements is responsible for original ESG/sustainability research on companies held in Boston Partners’ portfolios. She holds dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Ms. Clements began her career in the industry in 2024.

Mr. Ferrara is an Equity Trader for Boston Partners. Prior to joining the firm in June 2023, he held the position of senior trader at Man Group. Mr. Ferrara holds a B.S. in Business Management from Suffolk University.
